Design, program, develop, and hand code HTML, Javascript, CGI-BIN, and Perl based websites for a wide variety of corporate clients, including Sears, Oracle, Verisign, Wind River, and the State of California.
 
Lead Programmer / Manmade Media / 2000 to present
Consult as lead programmer for Manmade Media, a company focused on building cutting edge identity and information systems. Recent projects include templating the Manmade homepage, programming an administrative back-end to manage secure client logins to the Manmade site, and building the 4by6.com online printing application. Network and System Technician / Inreach Internet / 2001 to present
Serve as a network and system technician for the Oakland colocation facility of Inreach Internet. Consult on a variety of projects ranging from designing and building affordable web servers to developing wireless solutions for corporate customers. Web Developer and Consultant / Macromedia Inc. / 2003
Programmed the latest version of the Macromedia website (launch date August 24, 2003). Required intimate knowlege of advanced HTML concepts including XHTML, CSS positioning, Dreamweaver's .dwt templates, checkin / checkout feature, and code snippets. Authored window focus Javascripts and Perl scripts that migrated thousands of older HTML pages to the updated page layout. Scripting and Database Programmer / Dan Psomas Web Design / 2002
Worked as a CGI-BIN, Perl, SQL, and Unix programmer for Dan Psomas Web Design. Wrote scripts to pull information from an SQL database, reformat the query, output the data, compress the data, and upload the file to a remote host. Scripts were executed automatically via cron. Web Architect / IDEO / 2000
Designed the user interface and customer experience for Juniper Bank. Programmed an HTML and Javascript based web site, providing the customer with a pleasing and easy to use interface. Adhered to strict deadlines and content delivery time frames.
 
Lead Developer / EOFFERING / 2000
Maintained a large online investment bank that required hourly updates. Daily tasks included delegation, correcting and revising team members' output, generating weekly tracking reports, archiving and organizing team output production, and company-wide notification of website updates. Worked on a variety of programming projects between departments, including programming a DOS shell script to launch a flash presentation outside of the web window. Certified in Vignette's content management and content delivery systems.
 
System Technician / Color Technology Inc. / 1998 and 1999
Responsible for networking and service of over 200 computer systems, including Mac, PC, and UNIX-based platforms, and a wide variety of raster image processors and digital printing systems. Maintained a large-scale network including dual T1 failover, 10/100 baseT network, ISDN, dial-in modem pool, DNS databases, and DLT backup systems.
